Hillel International has developed and compiled policies, procedures, and resource documents related to our commitment to creating safe, respectful, and equitable workplaces and communities.

Hillels may choose to adopt these or create their own in partnership with their University, Federation or Board.
- Hillel’s Code of Ethics outlines the Hillel International Board of Directors’ commitment to observing and promoting the highest standards of ethical conduct. We recommend that each local Hillel board adopt a similar code of ethics.
- SRE Commitment: As key leaders of the Safety Respect Equity Coalition, Hillel signed on to this critical Commitment to adhere to high ethical and legal standards in sexual harassment prevention and response and gender equity to realize this vision.

New York Specifics
